Returns Policy

Wero Sports likes to offer you complete peace of mind and 100 % satisfaction when purchasing goods from us.


If you have ordered the wrong size product or for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods we have provided you, we offer a 30 day period where you are entitled to a complete money back guarantee or an exchange of item, as long as goods are returned to us with the original packaging and that they are in the same condition as received by you and has never been used. However, any further postage costs incurred returning the items to us are to be met by you and delivery charges will not be refunded. We aim to deal with all returns within 10 working days.


Faulty Goods: We apologise if you have received a product that is faulty. Wero Sports will refund your money or offer you an alternative product upon inspection if you feel your product is faulty. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer if it isn’t a Wero Sport manufactured item and the decision as to whether the product is repaired or replaced under warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or every day wear and tear.


Customised Items: We are not able to replace or refund any items that have been customised with your special demand, names, numbers or initials, unless received faulty. Please ensure you have selected the right size when ordering customised items.


Exceptions: Few items are excluded from return policy due to health and safety reasons. Refunds or exchange of these items will only be made where they are faulty, so please choose carefully.

The below items are excluded from this policy:

  • Underwear
  • Mouth guards
  • Earphones

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If returns are made to us and we found products are used or not in the same condition as received by you then we are not liable to make any refunds and we will charge shipping fee again to send same products back to you.


When returning goods please include:

  • Your Name, delivery address, telephone number and email address
  • Copy of your original receipt
  • Order number
  • List of Returned products
  • The original packaging
  • A brief note outlining why the items are being returned and preferred course of action
